Although there are no well known cell phone manufacturers in Malaysia, the company is currently hosting satellite factories for giant mobile phone manufacturer like Motorola. But the country has several third party producers of mobile GSM phones like Aifa Telecommunications, Witura Corporation and Balda-Tong Fook Solution. They produce phones usually branded by service providers as their own product. Maxis Malaysia is one of the countrys leading service providers with services like prepaid and postpaid subscription, international roaming and broadband. They also have a service called Maxis store where you can download content such as graphics and tones. TM touch, a company under Telekom Malaysia Berhard, also offers the same services. Celcom currently has the largest number of subscription dating back to their analog period. And now with its partnership with Vodafone, it sees a continuous dominance of the cell phone Malaysias market. It is also under Telekom Malaysia, the countrys leading Telecom Company.
